In the living room, it also has a 135cm sofa bed.
In addition, it has a fully equipped kitchenette and the truth is, it is beautiful. It is one of the things we like most about this accommodation. Everything you need to cook. It also has a Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle and washing machine.
Finally, a beautiful bathroom. We have not skimped on details and the truth is that it is the jewel in the crown. With everything necessary for the cleanliness and care of our guests.

This beautiful 28.45 m² loft offers a very warm, natural and tremendously homey atmosphere. A loft in which every corner has been taken care of to make the accommodation a place that inspires tranquility and calm with bright colors and plants to create a natural and totally bright space due to its large windows and high ceiling. The double bed is located in a loft, going up some beautiful white stairs. It has capacity for 4 people and is fully equipped with a washing machine, refrigerator, Nespresso coffee machine, air conditioning and heating. A very charming kitchen, but with everything you need to prepare the best meals and enjoy this open space that we offer you the best company. It is located in a privileged area, very quiet and very close to essential public services. Supermarkets, bars and leisure areas. A few meters away is the Ayora metro stop and in just a few minutes you can get to the beach, either by taking a pleasant walk or taking the metro or bus.
